As a broker I have specialized in Rural Development home loans - first time home buyers and investors working directly with the Dept. of Agriculture & the coordination of USDA loans. I have participated with buyers and sellers in 1031 exchanges, with investors having both short and long term goals, with large and small residential developments, commerical properties, with the purchase and sale of farms, as well as with ranches, condos and townhomes.
I am a Board Member of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors, as well as a member of the RMLS. I am also a Board Member of the CDC (Community Development Consortium), a non-profit organization dealing with affordable housing. I also work very closely with local builders, being active with both city as well as county Building Departments - making me very familiar with the planning, and permit processes for both.
